The recommended addition level is 1-5 parts by weight (preferably 2-5 parts). Excessive amounts cause the oil leakage rate to exceed the 5% critical threshold.

When blended with ionic liquids at a specific ratio, it achieves a thermal conductivity of up to 4.8 W/(m·K).

By adjusting the mixing speed (600-800 rpm), the filler particle size is maintained within 5-8 μm
